Hello all. It’s come to my attention that recently there have been some concerns raised regarding specific things like long links and the enforcement for such.

I would like to emphasize that, our chatroom is separate from all other chatrooms. Their rules don’t apply here. However, there are some basics that should be observed.

Posting links that are too long isn’t going to get you kicked right off the bat. If you do it once or twice, that’s fine, maybe it was an accident. That happens. If you do it more than a couple of times, especially in a short time span, you just might get a moderators attention.

A lot of topics that may be forbidden elsewhere aren’t forbidden here. You’re free to discuss whatever you like at your leisure with some exceptions which are as follows: Anything that threatens another person’s health or safe being, anything racist or sexist or relating to bigotry in any fashion, no conversation pertaining to piracy, and finally no linking to pornography or other not safe for work content.

You may also debate about something as long as you are being civil, i.e. not attacking people for having different opinions or calling names.
