Greetings fellow Cup'O'T members,

I am making this announcment today to congratulate the winner of our most prestigious award 'Player of the Year', for 2016. The member I would like to award this to is... Cup'O'T Lad! or as some of you may know him, 'Sam'.
This award goes to Lad for his overall consistency in every aspect throughout this year of Counter Strike. He is also one of the original members and has been playing Counter Strike longer than all of us in the group, in our eyes he is a legend. Because of this, it is fair to say that everyone in Cup'O'T looks up to him, and for this reason it was deemed most sensible that he was the recipient of this award.
I would like us all to come together to congratulate Lad on his award and appreciate his dedication to the group and its players. The way he has taught and motivated us all has been incredible and the way he brings the group members together as a team is just astounding. Thank you Lad!

Small motivational message from Lad:
"Dumb plays happen, sometimes you get those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ one-shots to the head, sometimes you meet cheaters, sometimes you lose 16:0...the only constant thing in this game is you, so the only thing that makes sense to change is yourself. Sure you could ask the bottom fragger on your team how he can be in this rank blablabla being toxic and stuff, but after 15 more minutes you will never play with those people again.

Your skill is not defined by a number on the scoreboard or a pretty flying animal next to your name. It's about every aspect of you and everything that you can do to contribute to a win. Whether it's your nice aim, game sense, or a forgiving attitude and the ability to take criticism."

Lets take Lad's inspirational message and move forward in to the next year of Counter Strike with a positive attitude; You can do it!
