1. No cheating of any kind is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Duping, Flying, and Invulnerability.

2. KOS is allowed during the night time. This means killing with reason is allowed during the day if it follows RP. King may always be killed regardless of time.

3. War must be declared while both parties are online. Afterwards, raiding is allowed at any point until the war has concluded! Stealing without forcible entry is allowed at all times.

4. All buildings must abide by physics. No floating bases or sky bridges. Sky bridges will not be tolerated.

5. RP is encouraged, but not required. Have fun and interact.

6. Sleepers can be killed if they are in the open or in your own territory.

7. Building on the King's Island / Keep is not allowed. Building on the bridge is allowed and all buildings on the bridge can be destroyed by players at any point in time

Server is paid for quarterly. It's here to stay for at least 3 months and hopefully many more after that.
