Q: Do you guys hack?
A: No, we don't hack. Our boosters are 100% legitimate players.

Q: I used to use your service and you were able to get me to Global Elite. Why can't you boost me there now?
A: Our boosters don't hack. This service is under new management as of August 2014.

Q: Will I get banned for using your service?
A: No, you can not be banned for getting boosted.

Q: How can I trust you not to steal my account?
A: Don't use the same password on your Steam account and email. If you give us only your Steam password, there's no way to get past Steam Guard. It's not like we're interested in scamming people. We wouldn't have much business then.

Q: What about my items?
A: Trust me, we don't care for your hats or skins. If you don't feel comfortable with your items being unattended; trade them over to another account that you may own.

Q: How long will it take you to get me from "rank-x" to "rank y"?
A: Depends on how low you dug yourself into that metaphorical hole of losses. Typically, our boosters will try and rank up an account until they are about to pass out. They are dedicated to get people to the rank they desire.

Q: Can I sign into my account during a boost or derank?
A: Please, no. This can get you banned from Match Making. We will keep you updated on matches, we'll tell you when it's safe to go online as well.

Q: Should I play for a little while while waiting for my boost?
A: You probably shouldn't play Comp. Give the boosters a break and don't take any chances of getting more losses.
