OMG this is BIG, it's true, later this month or next month it will be released here on steam, it has a new page with TBA for release. Website is still the same but at least it's a official and back! Just going to add he added footage of the current game on his twitter.

Because you can't, developer disabled the ability to buy the game like 10 years ago or however long it's been. I've heard you can still find means of getting the game pirated.
