Fixed up some visclip issues I found recently, also figured out a way to detect if an entity is a nextbot or not without having to go through every single class, since each nextbot is its own class unlike regular entities for whatever reason. Basically any type of nextbot should now function properly when shot by daktek stuff.

Also I added in a cvar, not like anyone wanted that anyway. :p

-Fixed another issue in the new visclip function when hitting props not in hitboxes, it should be error free now in all cases
-Recoded DakTek hit detection code to recognize any nextbot npcs with valid hitboxes rather than having only explicit exceptions
-Added cvar for max weight multipliers: "daktek_max_weight_mult", this would allow people to do things like build 300 ton helicopters and whatever on their own servers

Also lowered the sound falloff distance on the handheld guns from the designated gunfire sound value to sounds that you don't actually need ear protection to listen to.
