http://gw.modriot.com/download.html . There is an EXE or a ZIP to choose from. Just install to your Half-Life directory "steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life" is the correct install path. Extract the zip or install the exe into your Half-Life directory. You should have a GangWars folder in your Half-Life directory. Sorry if anyone download a broken package. If you have a corrupt file or already downloaded it earlier you need to download this newer version.
