NO BUILDING ON THE CENTER MOUNTAIN . RESOURCE HEAVY AREA

1. No blocking of spawn resources of metal etc such as MIDDLE MOUNTAIN
2. No BLOCKING of artifacts inside on land or sea.
3. NO Griefing
4. NO completely destroying all bases on a raid. Get in and get out
5. No killing passive tames unless collateral damage
6. No raiding the same person in 48 hours, let them build back up
7. Don't kill new people on spawn points
8. Do not cage someone for longer than 30 minutes
9. DO NOT KILL PEOPLE TAMING OR THE TAME
