Starting current day I am introducing changes to the group:

1.) All major changes (removing a QRF member, server changes, granting admin rights, etc) are decided through vote among admins;
2.) Admins have full access do the server admin panel;
3.) Admins have full right to kick/ban group members;
4.) Group members can be kicked from the match only via ingame vote;
5.) Right to cast a vote has been given to administrators and/or moderators concerning minor issues;
6.) Right to vote a has been given to administrators concerning major issues;
7.) Joker, as group leader, has the right to make decisions without casting vote in most non-important cases;
8.) All moderators have ability to invite new members to join our group (according to rules);
9.) “Good players” and admins are demanded to play with newbies and newcomers and also show them the basics of the term "teamplay";
10.) Newcommers and newbies must listen to more experienced players and learn from them.

Requirements of joining QRF's ranks:

1.) No VAC ban (we don't want cheaters)
2.) At least 150 hours with QRF (play with us so we can see what you are made of)
3.) At least 500 hours ingame (you need to know the basiscs)
4.) At least 2 lvl25 ballistic perks
5.) Communicative in English
6.) Players must be willing to join (we won't ask)
7.) Willing to be a team member (know perk's job)
8.) No racism
9.) No disrespectful behaviour
