ok thanx i will try it reinstall it, but it say to me that i have SE server version is 1140007 and in the forum rexxar say that is wrong version its old maybe i reinstall and force update, but if you can tell me what using for server manager that will be big help, sorry and thanx :)

Yes, this is web version of server manager, you need to run a web server for it.
Be sure to install the latest version of SESM:
