Newfound (Newfoundland) CS (Counter-Strike)
is not a team, but basically a community.
You can use the team tag in-game but, what exactly this group is for is that you can invite your cs friends to the group, then when other people invite their friends you can maybe add them for more friends to play counter-strike with.
You can put up a discussion on the group for asking peoples ranks so you can play competitive for them, and add the people who match the same rank as you.

NFCS has just begun so go ahead and invite your friends or maybe even your friends list :)
This group is basically just a community, what you can do is go into the "Members" tab and add some people and ask them to play, or you can put up a discussion and ask people what ranks they are and add simular ranks.
Look into the discussions to see if there is already a post simular to this and go in the comments looking for the same ranks as yours and add them :)
