We are a strict, fun, and competitive team. We are also a community that are planning to do great things for the people.

We will try to expand this team to different games like League of Legends, Dota 2, World of Warcraft etc. etc.

1) Many people do not play Matchmaking - Lots of really experienced players prefer other types of programs to play in such as ESEA, FaceIt or CEVO.
2) Ranks are a very rough estimate of a players skill - The rank system can be misleading as it is at this moment, very hard to rank up.
3) Ranks leave out players such as Entry Fraggers and AWPers (To an extent) from joining your team - Almost all entry fraggers, if they are doing their job correctly, have a terrible score. Thus many players you bring into your team will be simply aim players. Something you do not always want in a team that will be competing. AWPers can be on the top of the scoreboard, I.E. Skadoodle Summer 2015, KennyS at somepoint i'm too lazy to look it up, Guardian exetera. However many AWPers will play passive and support and much of the game they will not have their main weapon.

Instead of asking for a ranked requirement, ask for previous experiance. What have they done i nthe past? Have they been in a team before? If not, what can they bring to the team and how do they expect to prove themselves.

Try people out. Don't just use ranks such as LE or SMFC to determine a players useability in a game. There are many players who would be a great fit for a team, however because all many teams want is aimers, they are cast away.

I wrote this cause I was tired of teams continuously asking for ranks when it came to applying for them. I could care less what you do honestly, but I will warn you now, each player has a reason to be in a team. You don't need just aimers. Which is basically what ranks show.
