Organization Scheme:

- Get players, open group chat, or teamspeak or whatever source of group communication
- Set the rules:
. Time: Are there time frames in which everyone is able to play without stress!?
. Is it gonna be once a week or more often?
. Countries: Which countries will be played? Distinction based on region, tech group, religion, culture, whatever. It's all up to the players
. Game Type: Is this a coop or a competitive multiplayer?
. Goals: What are the goals for the session? (e.g. convert rome to buddhist or whatever)
. Additional rules: Whatever comes to the players' minds!

Everything may be discussed until mutual consent is reached xD

After that the session may start right away or at a point of time previously discussed.
