OSKOM is The Emergency Committee that was developed from national guard within the UMB [ Underground Military Base ] within the Moscow province. They work with a faction known as the Tunnel Rats. Lately after the Ukrainian forces have been aggressive to the Tunnel Rats which they have moved to join OSKOM to get revenge against the Ukrainians or for protection from them.
