I have not made an active post in over 2 years due to the fact that college has been destoying me mentally. This group is dead but nevertheless, i believe that this is something to be news worthy. Today, THQ has officially closed. I know that many people may not feel the same way about this, but with the dawn of a failing economy, it has finally forced THQ to close. I had a friend who worked there for 5 years and now, not only his game projects he worked diligently on are scrapped, but the liscenses to famous titles like Company of Heros, or even Warhammer will be no longer in production. This impacts the gaming community greatly because even if you didn't like THQ, they will always have 1 or 2 games that you have truly loved. I know that this seems like an overdramatic post but THQ was a fantastic studio. THQ, your memory will live on.
