Was reading "The Abuses of Socialism are Intolerable" by Kim Jong Il and I recognised a part where he was talking about what Lenin would call "smashing the old state machinery."

Here's the quote from page 8:
"Even if a working-class party and socialist government has been formed the popular masses will be unable to exercise their rights and discharge their responsibilities as the genuine masters of politics *unless new, socialist political methods are created.*"
