Hello ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ. If you obviously didn't read the title, we do raffles daily and raffle by using random.org. We raffle off random things like stranges, genuines, and even unusuals. When joining a raffle you will have to talk to the person who has the discussion posted. You can even raffle off items any time make sure to post it on the discussion and an admin will talk to you. You will have to give him the item you want to raffle plus 10% of the tf.bp price.

(NOTE: I make sure admins do not steal your stuff by agreeing to our terms of services for admins. If they ever steal your stuff, note that they will be elegible for 50,000$ (USD) fines if they do not post anything on the raffle in the next 24 hours of retreival; hovever, you must have the proof that you specifically said you were trading for the raffle. Also note that there will be no refunds and no false accusations. Or else you will be banned from the community.)
