Serious Saturdays with /v/ was created in April of 2012. From our early beginnings, we struggled to hijack public servers, and maintain an average player count of about 8. It has been nearly 4 years since that day, and we continued to play all the Serious Sam games we enjoy, week after week, every Saturday.

As of November 21, 2015, Serious Saturdays is going on an indefinite hiatus. This doesn't mean the group is gone for good, but this doesn't mean you should be hoping for any new events to be coming up any time soon either. As of right now our slated return date is coincident with the release of Serious Sam 4. From my understanding, the game is not set to release anytime soon, and is most likely going to release any time upwards of one year. Until then, the group will remain inactive. The group may become active again sooner than that, depending on the climate.

We hope that when Serious Sam 4 releases, you'll remember us. We'll be back.
