Sightings of a mysterious person

An asian man has been sighted on many occasions. He stays for small periods of times and then dissapears without a trace, could he be connected to the combines recent episodes of fear, or maybe he's just another citizen trying to get himself killed.

Along with these sightings some citizens have claimed to find notes of a person named Jalin, urging people to get out of the city before its to late. To late for what though.

Thank you everybody for coming, without your help this kickoff definitley wouldn't have been possible. Now the bigger question remains why are the combine so nervous, whats with the sudden appearnces of headcrabs in the city, Why has the slums suddenly been blocked off? (lets pretend that last one did suddenly happen.) The only way to find out for sure is to get back on tomorrow. Don't worry about missing the big event for tomorrow we'll set up an event so you don't miss it.
