fixed only for some starhub svrs iirc. alot of svrs are still affected..

HIGH LOSS HIGH CHOKE how to play... ALL my steam games are affected. Websurfing and other internet / online games not affected. I guess it's a steam and singnet thing.

i rather jump from a building than use starhub ever again ... singnet is slowly degrading and clogging up like the green fat artery
