Currently in development, TEGA is a group dedicated to finding skilled ,well mannered players, and linking them together.

Regardless of which guild you're in, or your guild status, you are welcome to join as an individual so long as you meet our requirements.

The guild system in TERA is usually not enough. Either the guild is bad-mannered, or full of too many bads, or not active enough.

This group also remedies the problems behind event scheduling in TERA. Within the game, everyone's a random pickup with no plan or schedule. This group lends structure to make sure you don't miss out on events that only skilled players like us can complete.

We are not egotistical, and understand some "bads" are simply people who are new or need experience. We do not lower our membership requirements, but we can help train people in hopes that they may finally meet the gear and experience requirements to help each other climb to greatness.
