It's time to look into a couple of topics!

Recruitment
We've had a healthy growth the first couple of months and it's about time we start thinking about the next step. In any group there is always a certain churn rate with members leaving, and we should make sure that we get in the same amount or more new members to balance this.

During the build up I've checked the Steam forums every now and then, to post in a TC recruitment thread and also replying to other peoples' threads. In addition to Steam there are many other places we could advertize ourselves.

How should we ensure a steady player base?

Server hosting
I've paid for the server in the start up phase and I think we're ready to change to a community funded server. For now we're running on a server hosted by jestservers, which have quick and excellent customer support but might be a bit on the expensive side.

Administration
There are some different ways of running the group to ensure a healthy community. Decision making, policies, and keeping the community going, etc.
