Condemned can be summed up in one word “teamwork.” For the better part of a decade our team has achieved continued success through a multitude of titles by the combined effort of our members. As in most guilds, our player base evolves with each new game. We’ve been fortunate to maintain a dedicated core of players throughout the years, though, we’ve also had to incorporate a significant number of new members for each new release. Unlike many guilds however, we’ve been able to achieve great success outside of merely a single game. What is the secret to this success ? How have we been able to do this when so many other guilds have not? Simply put, by staying true to our core values. Our continued success is driven on valuing team-based attitudes above all else. There is a focused effort and commitment to maintaining this value from recruitment forward. Condemned’s long-term member base can easily teach rotations, game mechanics and strategies to improve. Experience can be earned and is not a focus of our recruitment. And while we can demonstrate and hope to inspire commitment to team, it is something that can’t always be instilled. We are always working to maintain and incorporate new players who are committed to the betterment of the team and the success of their guild-mates.
