Changes to the Group

Well I have done a bit of changing because I was bored.
1. PotW has been changed. (Har if you give me the GS badge I will give it back to you ;) )

2. I opened up the group for a bit.

3. No more free pens for new members.

4. Going to change the group picture once I get it from Har.

5. Removed Bawls Co. from listed sites and added the Reddit.

6. Some small changes to premissions blan blah blah.
