The Video Game Society is a UQ Union club based in The University of Queensland with the primary intention of creating and fostering a community of like-minded individuals who share the same love and passion for video games. To promote this, the club conducts various activities which are both casual and competitive, including tournaments and live demos. The club also aims to establish a strong connection with people that have little background to video games and its industry who just want to have a fun social time. Video games are a fantastic medium of entertainment capable of producing multiple compelling narratives and experiences. Our joint passion towards it is one of the main things the VGS wants to showcase.
