Suggestion: Have a table at the top of the page, where people can list classes they feel they can play well as, and classes they feel they can play passably as? ie. for me I'd put Sharp and Supp in the classes I play well, and Bug, zerk and medic in the classes I play OK. I don't feel I play demo or mando well just yet. This'd be a personal choice based on how comfortable individuals felt at playing each class, and not a subjective analysis of how well a person played in comparison to a common scale.
