A long time ago when Team Fortress 2 was created, makers created an unbeatable, adaptive AI. This AI is known as ZØĐ. Parts of his programming was used for the Portal series so you may also know him as GLaDOS.

When ZOD plays single player games, he doesn't use the save command and the AI thinks he is cheating.
