A couple months back I moved our voice communications over to Discord[discordapp.com] from Teamspeak, which we have used since 2003. I wanted to ensure you guys continued to have a place where you could communicate/chat while you are gaming or just hanging out with each other or with your friends. I don't believe there are user limits on the server unlike we had on TS so you don't need to worry about that. If you require more channels than what I have already created, shoot me a msg and I'll get more created for you.
If you have never used Discord before, it is extremely easy to get the program and your mic setup correctly. I personally found it easier than TS once I familarized myself with the app.

This brings us to the forums...

One of the main driving forces behind moving from TS to Discord was because Discord is a free platform which is just as good as TS/Vent/Skype if not better. Doing this allowed me to use the last of what was in our donations account to renew our forum hosting one last time, which I did in June. Another reason is I don't have the desire and have had for a while to maintain the forums or any website any longer.
We have not utilized the forums in such a long time that I think it is time to finally take them offline instead of renewing them when it comes time on September 20th.

This should give you a month to backup anything you may have on the website which you would like to save. If you need me to email or send you something you'd like to have backed up I can do so but I wanted to give you at least a month heads up.

Maybe in the future I'll have the drive to create a website we could use, if we have the need again.
