The knights of Blacklance are a group invested in the promotion of order. We seek to ensure that commerce and cooperation thrive, and that the skies do not descend into a chaotic fight for survival.

To accomplish our goal, our organization maintains the most powerful military force we can muster. To construct and maintain this force we gladly accept and carry out mercenary work for any individual or organization that does not commit piracy or actively promote anarchy in any other way. Work of this nature makes up much of what we do, as it generally coincides with our interests in addition to serving as a means of growth.
