I'm going to start scheduling scrims for the team starting this week. I plan to have one every Sunday with 1-2 more during the week. Whether we choose to change the quantity of scrim days/scrims per night is up to everyone's schedules and desires. I want to set up a scrim this Wednesday or Thursday so please message me if that will be a problem.

Hey guys, I just want to talk about cleaning up our comms for a bit. Particularly about cutting out useless and frustration-inspired comms. Right now we're in a pretty delicate place as a team. Firefly's absence has affected us all in one way or another. That's why it is sooo important for us to be able to maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere while we're playing.

I've noticed that frustration and dissapointment have been VERY infectious recently. If one person gets starts getting mad and expresses it over mumble all it does is lead to more people getting angry as well. It alienates people from wanting to work together and generally causes us to subconciously accept defeat. We stop communicating and teamwork tends to just break down. So everyone (including me) should be doing their best to stay positive and keep rage-induced comments to themselves. Everyone is going to get frustrated, but we all need to work on being able to move past it and focus on the next thing. The match isn't over after a dropped uber. Mistakes happen and we need to be better at maintaining our focus during troubling situations.

So basically just try to keep outbursts and cursing (particularly the slurs) to the absolute minimum and try to main maintain a positive and constructive mindset even when things aren't going our way.
