The Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP), also known as the Capitol Hill Organized Protest, originally Free Capitol Hill, later the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ), is an occupation protest and self-declared autonomous zone in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.
