The President has announced a major push to get as many Commanders as possible to Rating 5, and keep them there. This will not only benefit individual Commanders, but will boost overall faction effectiveness.

We are a Federaltion based organization. Membership is open to people from any faction not actively hostile to the Federation. Independant Commanders are also welcome. But no slavers.
