Knowing Russian slang, I'd say "pissed" in that context means "scared", not "upset" or "mad".

I do like russians i just don't like the way the act mostly and why should i be pissed? You shot yourself an own goal with all the vac bans, no one ever forced you to cheat so don't be suprised if no one wants to play a CW/PCW/SCRIM against you when probably half of your mates are well known hackers
