Our Mission in the Conjugate Initiative is to promote excellent gaming and sustain good sportsmanship, loyalty and honesty in the lives of ourselves and all others we come into contact with. Our primary method to achieve this mission is to create an environment that is friendly and competitive, without requiring players to change their style or gaming preferences.

In each interaction Conjugates have, we hope to make it memorable for ourselves and others with us, and create a sense of community. In doing so, we believe that we are moving along an Initiative to create an environment where all are welcome and have no expectations set on them. We call this the Conjugate Initiative.
