Well... mostly. Half of the matter is people being active, though... so I encourage you to set up threads/join threads to look for co-op/head to head partners, arrange multiplayer battles, seek technical assist, etc. A group can only grow if someone steps up to the job first.

The second part - informative update. The groundwork for an exterior forum is laied, but there is still the matter of getting some basic information up and finalizing things. Unless someone wants to pay for the website, it will use a (name).forumotion.com address.
