I am ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of saying the same thing over and over again. What do we play the most? Domination. What have I said you need for a domination class, in the past? Tactical Insertions.

Be it MW3 or BO2 or whatever, if you do not have at least one class with a tactical insertion, forget about playing with my or with any party I am on. This game is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ different, if anything, since maps are bigger, spawns are further away from flags. So get your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ act together and set up a proper domination class: tactical insertion with Fast Hands. Here is a quick reminder to you: we all still suck at BO2. Killing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious, lag is terrible, but if we work as a team we can win. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ set a tent up and camp trying to get kills. Play to win.

If I can recommend anything else, get a class with an SMG, tac insert and Fast Hands. Then use anything else you like, Flak jacket, tactical mask are all good options.

And sorry, if I back out of a game is because I don't wanna ruin your night by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at you in game about what you should have done. Preparation is key. If you're not prepared, please, don't ask me for an invite.

Edit: in case you're wondering, this is after playing with a 7 man party and losing 3 out of the 4 matches we played together. That is pathetic.

Here it is, Nuke 2,000 called in! It was on Skidrow using the AK47 with FMJ and the M1014 with Extended Mags, running Scavenger, Cold Blooded and Steady Aim.

So that's it, guys. I got it and it's finally done. I got nuke 2K and that ends my MW2 career. Fittingly enough, my very first nuke in MW2 was on Skidrow and now my very last nuke in MW2 is on Skidrow. There's something very apropos in that. I like it :-)

I never really expected to get 2,000. Honestly, when I got 1,000 that was enough for me. At no point did I say to myself, "Hey now that I have 1,000 I want 2,000." I started thinking maybe 2,000 when I was around 1,400. But, I quit the first time at nuke 1,589 due to a LARGE amount of modded lobbies, rampant cheats, and bad team mates. I couldn't get clean games at all after hours of waiting, and I'd just had enough of IWNet. But a few people kept inviting me to games and I resigned to play more. After a few additional nukes, at about 1,600, I judged that it was worth it to try for 2,000. So I came back to finish it.

The journey in MW2 has been frustratingly fun. So many cheats, mods, and kids yelling slurs in the mic and chat. See, I played CoD4 almost as many hours as I did MW2 - about 4,500+ hours. In CoD4, dedicated servers were a thing of beauty. I played on the HEX servers and they ALWAYS had live admins in the servers kicking out cheaters, and anyone who disrespected and berated other players. No matter what, they policed things well. No one said, "Umadbro" or "STFU KIDDO!" That stuff got you banned, straight up. Everyone behaved.

But MW2, the better game in terms of weapons, perks, and arguably maps, lacks dedicated servers. Since IWNet is here to stay, I cannot undergo such torture for 3,000 nukes. 2,000 is enough. Yeah, I said that about 1,000 but I assure you that this is my end.

There are just too many kids spamming slurs, too many cheats, too many modded games, too much lag, and there really aren't enough players for the hours I prefer playing, which is late at night.

I've definitely had my fun in MW2, and it's time for me to move on. It was worth the torture that is IWNet to get to meet you guys and game together on a regular basis. And, I have lots of recorded video of Horny yelling to look back on and re-watch :-)

I want to extend special thanks to Horny, KRock, Ma7i, & SPARTA for helping me get the last nuke on Skidrow. They kept the spawns balanced, got plenty of UAV's and overall played like pros. BTW, KRock, that WAS a 5-in-1 RPG! Way to go dude! :-)

There are some who wanted to be there for nuke 2K, like Fender and Raptor. But, the timing didn't pan out well. Guys, I'm truly sorry for that, but you certainly contributed to many of my other nukes (especially Raptor this past Thursday).

I will miss MW2 and gaming with you guys. It's been a part of me for 3 straight years now. I will still game at times when you guys ask because I miss the old group. But for now, I retire away. Thanks to everyone for all of your support & help. You've all been great!

Verify integrity of game cache

Load Steam

From the Library section(where you buy online games), right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.

Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

head back to the old times with some mw2 group killing. =)
