depends on the game, but usually it is a pre purchase of all DLC for a game (sometimes only for a set period)

Given the current way of making games, i.e. make half a game and sell it for full price, then sell the rest in 10% blocks for £10 a go it usually saves you a bit of cash, but that assumes you want all the DLC.

I'm thinking of switching to the smurfs to meet up with some others too, whats your character name tay? Really enjoying planetside 2, glad its free too. Although the weapons you start with are a bit limited, but then they want people to buy the better ones :D Was a little worried there were too many servers but the populations are good and theres always at least 1 massive battle going on somewhere.

Anti Infantry MAX or combat medic is the way to go, in 1 siege the other day i racked up a kill ratio of 63:1 !

Like XCOM, but it just seems a bit limited, nowhere near as many UFO's etc as the origional but its still a good remake.

I've played a bit of XCOM but in the MMO world not really done anything since SWTOR which fizzeld quite quick. I have planetside but not done anything with it really yet. But it is fun and just like the old one. Worth a play! I'm NC on Miller server.
