[EMC] Exclusive tournaments

Welcome all to the EMC exclusive tournaments

What we want to do is make a new cup every month! Some cups will be with money, but most cups will be just for the honour of it!

Global rules
  • Be respectfull in all matches!
  • All matches must be played on EMC Servers (Tagadaz / ColdBlood / N'Surrender)
  • Ppl who are perm banned on EMC can't play in this cups
  • Ppl with temp bans will be all checked if they can get unbanned for during the cup match (after the match the ban will be active again)
  • No specs are allowed during a cup match, except for all EMC staff members
  • Admins can request a screenshot at any time during the match
  • Screenshots of the results must be uploaded
  • Screenshot just before starting the match must be made after typing status in console (to check if the right SteamID's are playing)
  • Smurf accounts are not allowed (IP's of all players will be checked for smurfing)
  • All players need to record a demo of the full match! Admins can request demo's after the match!

Main cup admins
All EMC staff members are allowed to watch the games, but only a few of them manage the tournaments. If you have any questions or problems with planning games or etc. you can contact the following persons:
  • VinnioD
  • DonArni

From the next cup we will have some new junior cup admins who can help you with the basic questions:
  • Adya
  • Leetisia` (French / Dutch language only)

Streamers
If there are any streamers that want to stream the match, please contact one of the main cup admins (VinnioD or DonArni).

I'm back with good news, we've adjusted the map pool and as a consequence I Hate Mountains, Redemption and Back 2 School have been replaced by Fatal Freight, Death Sentence and Deadbeat Escape.

Further I've added Energy Crisis, which final chapter is like the prelude of the sixth season of "The Walking Dead" - you'll love it!

you know I respect you much.

But the reason we did choose for EMC was cuz of the rules and policy that we applied on our servers. We don't allow any cheaters in any of our cups. In ur example for Boyka (FPS), there are no cheaters banned in his sourceban, the only 2 who are banned permanently is cuz of behavior and smurf, not cuz of cheats, well you and I both know that there are many out there.

I'm not feeling anything to organize a cup were cheaters can play, since we don't do it on EMC, I cant check every single player with IP's and stuff like that.
The quality of the servers is outstanding as i'm used of you, but the rules applied on the server is something I don't stand for and I dont feel like having players like Crow or any other known cheaters playing in the cup cuz I can't check them.

Anyone can set up a cup like this on FPS / LW / Dizzney and apply there own rules.

EMC servers are not the center of the universe. There are many other servers you could use. If you want to contribute to the community and not just promote a specific server hub, then you shouldn't care about any servers being discontinued, for as long as there are available alternatives.

I suggest you add Boyka and discuss this with him. With minimum effort you can convince him to give you admin rights and the green light for any events with his Fair Play servers.

Kind a sad you cancelled this cup for only reason its "emc exclusive". I found this idea of making a shuffled cup very interesting. br

Were sad to say that the The Friendly Mix Tournamednt is cancelled.

As some already have read is that the EMC servers will shutdown. Since we would use EMC servers for this cup (and made in the EMC Exclusive tournaments) we can't continu with this cup :(.
