A low howl echoes within your ears, the soft kiss of the wind sending shivers down your spine. Waves lick the sandy shores as you regain consciousness, finding yourself in unfamiliar territory. You see a long sandy beach to either side, extending for miles. Ahead of you rises a forest, filled with pines, aspens, oaks and more. Looking back, the ocean greets you with a sense of bliss. And yet… your stomach sinks at the realization that for some reason, you know you will never return from whence you came. How you got here, and where you go next, is your story to tell.

Everlasting Shores is a light fantasy, heavy roleplay server where all players are invited to immerse themselves in our living, breathing, dynamic world. This is a place where you can start fresh, open the covers to a book full of blank pages, and write the story of YOUR character, however you see fit.

The Everlasting Shores are a large island, located somewhere that no one can ever really explain. Besides the residents of this island, no one ever knew this landmass existed. The island is filled with many different types of people, and massive amounts of resources. Were one to stand on the island’s sandy shores and gaze out at the ocean, they would be met with a peaceful sight; the water is clear and the wind calm. Yet at the horizon, where your eyes can barely see, it would seem the rest of the world is blocked by an impenetrable haze – a shield set in place by nature itself. Compared to the beauty of the island, you might wonder if it is simply an illusion. Until the sun sets, that is.

When the sun sets, the haze closes in to caress the shores, sending a chill throughout the land. Fiends and brigands crawl out from their holes, seeking to fulfill their bloodlust that burns within. Villagers run to their homes or behind walls while warriors stand guard at the gates; monsters rise up as stragglers rush to find sanctuary wherever they can.
When the sun rises, peace returns. Warmth comes back to the island and the risen lie dormant once more. How will you survive these mysterious times?
