As gamers, we understand how frustrating it can be to run into players who create a negative atmosphere during a match, ruining the experience for you and others. Detecting and punishing this behaviour is something we’ve always found to be as one of the biggest priorities, whilst at the same time, given the complexity of the problem, it remains one of the biggest challenges.
