On the FEAR Fans Forum, I started to talk with MAL through Private Message about the possibility of starting a new forum for the FEAR fans, one where there wouldn't be such strict moderation and we can all behave as we did on the Project Origin forum.

A day or two after MAL and I began to exchange PMs, Diana, or Female-Replica as she's known on the forum, was banned. According to her, it was because of some of the words she used on the Colourful Swearing thread and her later posts complaining about the thread being censored. Her boyfriend, user Haden, was also banned for talking about it. FEAR_Tot accused Diana and Haden of being "spam bots", which we all know is not true, as Diana is one of the veteran posters from the old Project Origin forum...

It's not the first time someone has been banned for a ridiculous reason, but all the same, I think it's a pretty good reason to start looking for a new place to hang out, don't you?

From my conversations with MAL, it seems like this new forum is going ahead, so I'm spreading the word. I believe he will be handling the setup, as he has owned a forum before, and he has offered to make me the moderator. I know, you can't wait. :P Obviously, nobody is required to join, but I imagine that many of you wouldn't need to be convinced to jump ship.

I'll post this on Facebook as well. I don't think I need to tell anyone, but please keep this quiet on the FEAR Fans Forum, at least for now. Even if we're getting ready to move on, I wouldn't want anyone to be banned for talking about it. It feels like anything could set our moderator off right now.

Finally, we've got to come up with a name for the new forum. MAL suggested that we should include the term 'FEAR' somehow so that the forum will appear in Google searches. I'm short on ideas at the moment, so I'll leave it to you...
