I've got some good news and some bad news, guys. But I've also got some good news. In fact, it'll be like a sandvich. We'll start with bad, have the delicious good-news filling and end off with some more bad news.

THE BAD (part 1):
People have been complaining for a while about bad response times. I've recently been informed that the cause of this was the server's upload speed, rather than actual server-lag or connection problems.

THE GOOD:
I've finally had the cause of the problems brought to my attention, and this should be fixed in the coming days.

THE BAD (part 2):
The reason I discovered the cause of the problem is that my server host got in touch with me today to tell me that my server had been compromised and was uploading huge amounts of data. I've been h4x0r3d! As a result of this, my server has been deactivated and will be restored soon. After that, I'll need to set everything up again. Thankfully, I have backups.

So there you have it. The good-news sandvich. Heavy would be proud.

Finally, I would like to clarify a few things:
1. The servers were not being sapped by a Spy
2. If there was a rogue Spy involved, you can be he'd be a Red spy
3. FTW will be back and soon. And there will be less lag!
4. Red team still hates fun. Forever.

OK So this is the plan:

This weekend is a practice weekend, so get your teams together and we will be planning and practicing. COntact other members of your teams and organise as much as possible. The map we will be playing on it PL_Badwater (we all know it). I shall be hijacking x9's server to play it.

The teams are going to be unbalanced: it will be a 9v<something> to make it fair. The allstars versing a more populated team. The 2 teams without players should try and fill a "second team" minus the classses below. Im issuing some rules to this however duie to the more players:

1 medic only - double uber would be way too good
1 demo only - demos who can double spam stickes would be insanely overpowered
1 engy only - dealing with 2 sentries might be too much for 1 team

remember this is for fun, so play and enjoy it! im trying to get x9 to do things to record it, but its looking like that might be difficult with him being out of town.
