How the first few weeks for a recruit starts off

As we know, all recruits go through basic training after recruitment. However, after a recruits first main operation, he/she is able to start training for a specific field that has open slots.

He/she will then go through various step by step exercises and tests. (All of this must be done before the second operation) The final practical is during 2nd main operation. Each person training for a role will have a mentor who will carry out your training. Your mentor will also be advising me on your performance, depending on his/her recommendations after the second operation, you may or may not be be up for promotion to CON, as well as being officially designated your chosen role.

If he/she wants to stay as a rifleman, 4 operations must be attended for a promotion with satisfactory performance.

Instructions

The time has come to pluck out the members who do not care about being a GOAT or not.

All GOATs who have been members for more than 1 month need to simply comment down a strict "I am here." to be retained as a GOAT. Any other comment will be deleted, so do not bother if you are not going to follow accordingly.

Deadline

Deadline for attendance is until the end of May 20th, 2017.
This is from MONDAY to SATURDAY (OP DAY).

Those who do not comment, will be removed from the group by the following day after the deadline.

If you for some reason could not comment due to real life issues, please send me a steam contact to let me know, with proper and reasonable excuse, you will no doubt be added back into the group.

This is our way of plucking out the inactive members of the group.
