So I’ve been thinking about the team, and the truth is, we’re never going to improve if we continue with the way things are going right now. I really like playing with you guys, and I want this team to work. And for that to happen, EVERYONE needs to committed to the game, and willing to improve. Meaning practice EVERYDAY. I suggest DMing 30 minutes a day at the least, but I’m not going to babysit you guys, just practice in whatever way benefits you the most. Bottom line, take the game SERIOUSLY, make it a part of your life and all of us would benefit. If we can rely on every single person on the team to do their job and do it consistently, then things will be a hell of a lot easier for me and the rest of the team.

If you don’t want to do that and you don’t want to take the game that seriously, then it’s cool, professional CS is not for everyone. But you’re going to have to leave the team, because if some of us on the team aren’t taking it seriously, you’re holding the rest of us back to get to the level we want. No hard feelings, in fact I would much rather you tell me what you want to do because things would be much easier. Even if all 4 of you told me you don’t want to take the game that seriously, then I would still prefer that rather than everyone just playing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in games and frustrating me and everyone else. I’m sure that we all say that we want to compete at the top level, but if you REALLY want that, you have to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ practice effectively, whenever you can. Watch demos of someone who plays your role, learn smokes, DM FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. In order for us to be a good team, we need to work on ♥♥♥♥, and if you don’t want to work on ♥♥♥♥, then let us know, and don’t hold us back in future games.
