Welcome to the Knights of Gaia clan


Clan founded in September 2017 we are now a multi gaming community
running servers for many games!

=.KoG.= aims at providing a cheatless and fun environement for as much people as possible!
Here: origin, gender, background... all of these are irrelevant when joining us :)
You'll see we provide large variety of settings for our servers,
so that everyone can find a place to enjoy gaming!

=.KoG.= it's 17 servers, all of them are VAC secured with Battleye/EAC enabled whenever available. *** Soon More will be online ***

As you must have guessed, in addition to playing with fun people,
we do have some rules.
Not much but these are important in order to have everyone being able
to play in a good environement without trolling and such. :)

Greetings @everyone!

On behalf of everyone at https://kog-clan.com, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance! 2025 has been messy, but still fun!

Here’s a quick update regarding our game servers:

- Our #palworld-server will be open very soon. Due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t handle it earlier, but it should be ready by next week (or sooner).

- We also have a #pzomboid-server up and running, still waiting for feedback.

- Day of Infamy is coming back! With Battleye removed by Saber/NWI and a few players requesting it, I’ll look into it next week.

- Our #necesse-server is doing fine. As mentioned before, if the Discord bot fails to track player counts after 2 minutes, please let me know ASAP.

Regarding the website (https://kog-clan.com): after changing registrars, you may have noticed some UI changes. More improvements are planned in the coming weeks.

Our Christmas giveaway is a bit late, but several gifts are ready! I’ll try to set it up by tomorrow, or worst case by January 1st. As usual, it will be available on our discord server: https://discord.kog-clan.com

Happy (late) Thanksgiving!

Greetings everyone !

Been a while since last time I made an announcement.
Heck I didn't do any for our anniversary (except the #public-giveaways on discord -_-)

As a bonus I'm also late thus taking this opportunity to wish to our pals
in NA a happy thanksgiving! (Yeah yeah i know, one day late...)

Anyway!
Quite a lot changes during the past few weeks,
thus i'll only post regarding what's actually going right now.

1) We're running 8 #sandstorm-servers instead of 9. PVP didn't go well,
and regarding Hot Potato servers, i've fused the two of them into one.
Doesn't mean it will be any easier .

2) Two #insurgency-servers have been shut down in order to only keep our hardcore PVE servers. This in order to prevent dispatching too much the player base. (And as those two are the most popular ones, all good i'd say. Unless there's a need for more than these two.

3) Two of our #killingfloor2-servers have moved to other hosts, in order to better manage computing resources and offer what's coming up next!

4) We're now operating a #quake-server (Quake live) up to 24 players
Vanilla with bots, you'll be able to enjoy all game modes and maps
available. And it's Quake FFS

5) We're also now running a... #palworld-server !
Was something i was really looking for. Still figuring out how the game works
to not be a complete noob if we gotta help. Will become public next week.

6) And with Necesse finally out of early access, we're also now giving it a shot
with running a #necesse-server . As there's no public way to monitor and track server status, i made a not too shabby (i guess?) discord bot which will display server status.
Please note that max player count can always change depending on stability of the server.

7) https://kog-clan.com and https://steamcommunity.com/groups/knights_of_gaia/discussions/0/1697167355218212969/ have been updated to reflect those changes.

Though it would be better to explain on discord, i'll sum it up here for you.

We're using a plugin which puts inactive players to spectator then kick in order to prevent idle players who would keep slot for themselves and/or preventing leave of players if the onlt dude alive is AFK while all the others are dead.

In order to have more bots than default settings, we're using a plugin for that too, though it's not perfect and yes bots can pop up anywhere. Most of our players are used to that by now (we've been using that plugin for years). Don't expect any change there too.

Still hope you can have fun out there.

Hey there Im about an insurgency server of yours.
I was just wondering about necessity of a system that automatically moves inactive people to spectator and a feature of bots spawning behind of you.
Because I see following scenarios in game: A guy gets instakilled by an enemy that spawned inside of him, only one teammate is left and the next thing I know Im playing solo with 4 spectators in the lobby and now I need to take a next objective myself while waiting for them to come back
