Well, the points were only resetted because you reached 16,777,215 points, but im for a complete reset of stats - again - but I don't see why they should be monthly or quarterly it just doesn't work in a game like L4D2 and especially not a survival server.

I don't think there will be anymore tinkering of the points, the decisions were ad hoc because we thought Kienny was shutting down the servers.

On January 1, 2013, reset the points table then make it either monthly or quarterly. This further concretes and actually enforces the fact that the current culmination of 23+ MILL should not, without the tinkering of point rewards per hit, ever be ever beaten. And if the tinkering of point rewards (for example BRAIN SALAD = 10 or 100 or whatever) is to occur this should not be an ad hoc decision but one where warning and notification is given either on the various webpages or Server Splash page :) So say we all.
