On Aprill 23rd 2019 the legend was born of a man who was known for staring into monitor with a smile on his face with no shirt or hair just expression on his face while saying "Tick Tock Make Me Creep".

His name was Tick Tock William

Later that day it was discovered that on December 22 2016 Tick Tock William had made another appearance on "my ennard new version is beter prewin 1 (sfm fnaf)" by HugoUnivers6 NEW. The footage shown a shirtless man walk out of door sliding down the floor while twisting his head around saying "Ennard". Soon after the man is shown leaving the building still sliding over the floor untill he reaches the elevator following the camera still smiling.

Tick Tock William has shown many more appearances over the years of 2016 to 2020 in many animations such as "[FNaF SFM SHORT] Counting Sheep By Safia SFM Short" by acturecrap, "[FNaF SFM] Break My Mind Remix Collab Part For Brit Animations" by acturecrap and many more.

He even made an appearance with his shirt on "[FNAF SFM] Blood//Water - grandson" by Trix - تريكس
