So as everyone knows the No Escape server has gone, come back and is a lot different than the old. Some of you seasoned players are pretty good at figuring things out but there are other players who are new to the game, new to the server or just not as fortunate to have as much time on their hands. With that said I wanted to offer a few helpful suggestions that should make you more efficient and a more formidable opponent on No Escape.

1.) Location. One of the most overlooked things these days. People will build just about anywhere and that's great because the new component system has barrels and crates spread everywhere through the map offering all sorts of things you need but keep in mind how far away you are from a nearby town. Having to traverse longer distances to find amenities like a recycler or rare loot puts you at a higher risk for exposure and takes up more of your time that could be spent elsewhere.

2.) Use the recycler! There were time's when I would have so much of something I would just throw it away. Looking back I can't believe I actually did that. When you have no need for a certain component or item, take it to the recycler. You will be surprised, the amount of resources that little machine will spit back at you.

3.) Never stop building. If you have the material to keep building do so. It does you no good to have a box full of stone or metal bits. Use it up. Make it the most miserable experience you can for the person who is trying to raid you. You never know but that box of stone you saved up might be the difference between them getting into your house or not.

4.) Sleeping bags. Put them all over the place not just in your house. I have sleeping bags everywhere you never know what can happen. Having a sleeping bag nearby might mean the difference between getting your stuff back.
