Dear BC,

After reading the comments posted in the poll and the suggestions made, The Elders have taken the decision that Liverpool will be the venue for this years OAP Birthday Bash due to it being the most voted for city that we have yet to visit.

Liverpool has all the transport options, plane, train and major motorway access. Being 2008's Capital of Culture it has plenty to see and do, loads of hotels, pubs and clubs. What more do we need? Oh yes, hosts! It seems that we have a few locals who are ready and willing to organise the essentials for us.

We would like to thank everyone who voted and offered their services and hope youre not too disappointed with our decision, but fear not, as Mr Mulletino has said he will consider the other venues for a mini meet in July.

Details of accomodation and a meet plan will be announced shortly.
