The Payday Secret Government (P$G) is one of the principal intelligence-gathering agencies of the Payday community. The PSG's headquarters is in Washington, D.C. Its employees operate from embassies and many other locations around the world. The only independent Payday intelligence agency, it reports to the offices of Bo Andersson, manager of First World Bank.

The P$G has three traditional principal activities, which are gathering information about Steam groups, specific 4-man crews, and individual players; analyzing that information, along with intelligence gathered by other Payday intelligence agencies, in order to provide international security intelligence assessment to senior Payday developers; and, upon the request of the CEO of Starbreeze Studios, carrying out or overseeing covert activities and some tactical operations by its own employees, by members of specific groups, or by other partners. It can, for example, exert foreign political influence through its tactical divisions, such as GenSec and Bodhi's Pool Repair.

Divisions

The Executive branch of P$G and has sole authority and responsibility for the daily administration of the community. This branch is run by Bile and the members of LTH.

The Legislative branch of P$G has the power to pass, amend, and repeal laws. This branch is run by ck0101 and the members of Team 7200.

The Judicial branch of P$G enforces the law and administers justice where needed. This branch is run by Deputy Callahan and his crew of law enforcers.
